I received my concentration at the University of Delhi, India in 2008 and had the pleasure of returning to India in 2010 to conduct research on resettlement and displacement. I finished my BA in 2009 and was hired  at the U of C, Centre for Service Learning and Community Engagement, as the Project Assistant for the Dalai Lama NOW Conference. Upon the end of my contract I was hired as the Community Development Coordinator at the Calgary Military Family Resource Centre, a non-profit organization. In 2013 I graduated from the University of Calgary with a MA, Culture and Society. My thesis focused on policy control, social justice and pre-dispalcement within the context of indigenous cultures living in rural India. My data was gathered from 4 months of ethnographic research living in rural India.  Prior to attending university, I had a 8-year career in business and volunteer management.
